This method has proven to be effective in creating a workplace culture that is open and respectful of employee perspectives, as well as in closing the gap between the front line and management.

It is not enough to communicate an organization’s plan based on leadership and expect everyone to follow. Third, give honest and empathic attention to your staff. They undoubtedly want their work to be meaningful and can drive them to grow, therefore they deserve to be recognized.

Finally, significant transformational change is a complex and time-consuming process that takes deliberate thought, effort, and the desire of all stakeholders to allow everyone to participate and cooperate along your organization’s path.
