No matter how good an organization’s strategy is, without the right organizational culture, the company will not be able to achieve success.

Culture is like the wind, where we can’t always see them but we are aware that they exist.

Organizational culture is undoubtedly a norm that affects how an organization operates. As a result, if we are not concerned with culture, any business strategy that is executed would almost probably fail. The effects will definitely be more significant than the efforts required to improve the current culture.

Many organizations have incorporated existing cultures and strategies, but they are unaware that their culture cannot support the methods that have been established.

The case study demonstrates how a company’s change process is highly influenced by its leader. Of course, these adjustments must also be appropriate and in keeping with the firm’s organizational culture in order for the company to continue to develop in a goal-oriented path.

An organization’s robust strength will be provided by the correct culture and visionary leadership.
